Natalie Miller "New Orleans: more than Bourbon and bars"

This Easter the Miller family decided to switch things up and go on vacation over the religious holiday. When told that my family was going to be going to New Orleans Louisiana this vacation I wondered what they thought we were going to go in a city I assumed was just Bourbon Street, strip clubs and bars, but I was wrong there are plenty of family friendly activities to partake in New Orleans. Sue Miller, mother of my family of four says " The main reason we decided on New Orleans was its proximity to Oxford where we were picking up our daughter from college, it is more important that the whole family spends the time together rather than where we spend it." Through this trip I found out that there is in-fact much more to New Orleans than Bourbon and bars, there are great opportunities all around the city for family friendly outings.
I myself had never been to New Orleans until this Easter vacation so I had nothing to go by when wondering what to expect from this break other than what I had heard about my friends crazy trips to New Orleans. Really the only think I knew about New Orleans was that you are guaranteed a good time, and that is if you even remember what happened there. So why my family wanted to spend this religious vacation in New Orleans baffled me, but I was completely wrong.
